The public website is designed to minimize personal data, public location data, and unnecessary tracking.
What this build collects
The static prelaunch build does not use advertising cookies and does not include third-party analytics. In local preview mode, form submissions are validated in the browser but are not transmitted.
When forms are activated
Contact and Private-interest forms are intended to collect only a name, email address, inquiry type, and the information a visitor chooses to provide. Submissions should be used only to respond, evaluate the requested relationship, maintain required records, and protect the site from abuse.
Membership
Submitting interest does not create a membership, payment obligation, or marketing subscription. Additional terms and a revised privacy notice must be presented before payments, authenticated member access, or NFC credentials are activated.
Location privacy
The public site does not publish exact filming locations. Public image metadata is stripped, and identifying details are reviewed before release.
Retention and deletion
Personal information should be retained only as long as necessary for the inquiry, relationship, legal obligation, or security purpose. Deletion and correction requests may be submitted through the contact page.
Service providers
Before production launch, the operator must identify the actual hosting, form, email, payment, analytics, authentication, and credential providers used and update this notice accordingly.
